It’s marketed for babies, but honestly it works just as well for older kids who get a little too fidgety in the back seat. Being able to glance at the screen instead of twisting around while driving makes a big difference. Installation was simple and straightforward. It straps onto the headrest, plugs in, and you’re up and running in minutes. The video quality is clear and sharp, and the wide-angle lens covers the entire back seat easily. Night drives aren’t an issue either — the night vision works great without being distracting. I also like that it runs right through the car’s screen, so there’s no extra monitor cluttering up the dash. At $139.99, I think it’s a great investment for that extra comfort and safety while driving. Just got this and honestly it works for me. I drive a 2021 Toyota Chr and it’s perfect for what I need it to do. The video is pretty solid and the CarPlay aspect works. The only downfall I have thus far is I can’t use my “previous” or “next” button on my steering wheel when I want to change my music but my volume button works just fine. The display on the CarPlay side is a lot smaller than the regular CarPlay but Aside from that, really don’t have any complaints.

This is the coolest thing! It’s SO much better than putting mirrors on the back of the headrests. It’s basically like a backup camera that projects on my screen, but instead the view of my baby does! I don’t have to turn my head or look in the rear view camera, instead it just shows on my CarPlay screens. it was easy to set up, and worth every penny

Absolutely love our ottocast baby car camera. The picture quality is great, and the night vision is perfect. It is a little pricey but to not have to deal with all the cords like my last camera is definitely worth it. Every now and then it does not connect right away or we have to disconnect our phones or unplug the camera and re plug it in, but besides those few issues, we are glad to bought this product !

Works like it should and allows my vehicle screen to Display baby monitor:camera and also CarPlay features. It’s fast and boots quickly when I turn on the car. Be sure to check if your vehicle is compatible before buying *** My only complaints for the product is 1: the pixels for CarPlay/maps is low…much lower than my vehicle’s wired CarPlay and is a noticeable difference. 2: the icons are really small making no push selection difficult at times. 3: the mount clip position should point up instead of down. It pushes on the seats and I’m pushing on the connection wire. If the connection wire was positioned up, it would be a bit better.

This cabin camera is just adorable! My wife was so excited to put it in her car because the little owl design is so cute and friendly looking. Our youngest child absolutely loves looking at it and smiling which is just the best thing to see popping up on the front screen while driving! It mounts very securely to the headrest post so I have no worries about it falling off or becoming a loose object during a sudden stop. The build quality feels sturdy and it holds its position well. I do want to point out a major thing to check before you get this though. It relies on factory wired CarPlay to function properly. I tried to set it up in my car first but I have an Android and use Android Auto so it would not work for me at all. But in her car it was easy to set up and works perfectly!
